Looking for your first position or a place for an internship while you study?
As part of our team, you will work with our clients on their organizational development projects. This includes analyzing current processes, identify areas of development, and create and implement new strategies. On an individual level, you will perform leadership assessments for recruitment and development purposes using psychometric testing and interviews, analyze results, make recommendations, and provide feedback to the organization and candidate. On an organizational level, you will help our clients with their human capital strategy implementation in transformation or turn around processes in disruptive times in a digitalized era. This means gathering and compiling data and research, conduct organizational mapping, and aligning business strategy with human capital strategy.
Who you are
You have a University Degree or is in the final year of your degree within Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, HR, Applied Statistics, or other equivalent fields.
- Enjoys traveling to other countries and is able to travel frequently
- Comfortable with written and oral presentations, in Swedish and English.
- Ability to work independently, along-side having a collaborative personality and strong problem-solving ability.
It is important for us that you have a genuine interest in strategic HR and want to improve organizations using scientific methods. We want you to be proactive in your way of working and bring a lot of initiative and energy, be a team player, and enjoy meeting clients and giving them a positive experience.

Are you an ambitious psychology student who considers organizational psychology in a dynamic international context with a possibility to grow as the right move for you?
Cohr Group is seeking candidates for the psychology internship for both the autumn and spring semesters, where we can provide internships to students within the psychology program. The internship is a challenging and developing period, where our hopes are that the internship is only the beginning of your journey at Cohr. As a member of our team, you will work close to our clients aiding in the delivery of the entire spectrum of services provided by Cohr Group.
Who are we looking for?
- A genuine interest in organizational psychology, with an ambition to learn
- Meritorious with business studies parallel to psychology
- Able to travel frequently
- High level in English and Swedish, written and verbal
